The Model

What is RDX?

RDX is a systems-based approach that rebalances how people relate to each other — at home, on the field, and at work.

Every person operates on two invisible scales: Connection/Disconnection and Power/Vulnerability. When those scales tip out of balance, conflict follows. RDX gives therapists, coaches, and HR leaders a shared framework to restore balance and unlock potential.

I loved learning that opposites attract — but in a systems context, not a romantic one, because this attraction encourages balance.
